Supplier Code of Conduct
We ask every supplier and agent we work with to meet these standards.

Legal compliance. Follow the laws of the country where products are made and the laws of the United Kingdom where they are sold.

No child or forced labour. All work must be voluntary and all workers must be of legal working age.

Fair treatment. Pay at least the legal minimum wage and keep working hours within legal limits.

Safe workplaces. Provide safe and healthy working conditions.

Honest documents. Test reports, certificates and declarations must be genuine and belong to the product supplied.

No counterfeits. Never supply copied branded goods or products that infringe another company's intellectual property.

Consistent quality. Bulk production must match the approved sample.
- 8
Environmental responsibility. Follow local environmental law and avoid restricted substances.
We may ask for evidence of these standards before or during our work together.
