How we work
Most Gulf buyers who want British product hit the same wall: the manufacturer sells domestically, has no export desk, and will not open an account for a single overseas order. Meanwhile the local distributor either does not carry the line or carries it at a re-exported price.
We solve that by being the UK customer. We hold the account with the manufacturer, place the order, check the goods in, and consolidate multiple suppliers into one shipment so minimum-order quantities stop being your problem.
Then it moves air when it is urgent, sea when it is bulky through our own freight partner, with the export documentation prepared before the goods leave.
We buy direct
Every order is placed with the manufacturer, not a wholesaler. You get factory trade pricing with our margin visible on the quote rather than buried in the unit price.
We hold no stock
No warehouse full of things we need to shift, so nothing gets pushed on you. We source what you asked for, from whoever in the UK makes it best.
We quote landed
Goods, freight, duty, VAT and clearance in one figure. If a number on the quote is an estimate we say so, and we say what would change it.
We move it ourselves
Freight goes through our own logistics partner, not a broker chain. When a shipment slips, we know before you ask.
